Handle front desk operations and visitor management

Attend and manage incoming calls and emails

Maintain visitor records and front office documentation
Ensure smooth day-to-day reception activities
Required Skills & Competencies:
Presentable and well-groomed personality
Fluent in English (spoken and basic written)
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to multitask and work independently
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate preferred
1-3 years experience as Front Desk / Receptionist / Guest Relation Executive
Experience in corporate offices, hotels, or premium organizations preferred
