to be the first point of contact for visitors at Ducat India's Greater Noida (Techzone 4) branch. The candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling calls, assisting walk-in visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, students and clients with a positive attitude.
Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the concerned departments.
Maintain visitor and student entry records and ensure proper check-in/check-out.
Provide information about courses, trainers, and schedules to walk-in inquiries.
Coordinate with counsellors, trainers and support staff for day-to-day operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier, emails and correspondence.
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area.
Assist in basic administrative and clerical duties as required by management.
Support counsellors and HR team in scheduling interviews or student meetings when needed.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist / Admin Assistant.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasing personality with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
