Job Description

Position Summary:

The Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a positive and professional experience for visitors, clients, and staff. The role includes a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing visitor check-ins and check-outs, and providing general office support.

Key Responsibilities:

oGreet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.

oProvide information about the company's services, products, and policies.

oManage check-ins and check-outs of visitors, ensuring all procedures are followed and ensure to maintain the Data in Excel and CRM software

oAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.

oAssist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

oCollaborate with other departments to support office operations and staff needs.

Qualifications:

?Education: Any graduation or equivalent; additional certification or training in hospitality or aviation is a plus.

?Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred but not required.

?Skills:

oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

oProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

oStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.

oAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

oPositive attitude and professional appearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
