Job Summary



The Front Desk Executive / Admin is responsible for managing the reception area, handling visitor interactions, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities



Front Desk & Reception Management



Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails. Maintain the visitor log and issue visitor passes as required. Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.

Administrative Support



Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Maintain office records, registers, and databases. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Office Operations & Facilities Support



Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for office upkeep. Monitor and maintain office supplies; place orders when required. Support asset management and inventory tracking.

Coordination & Communication



Liaise with internal departments for administrative requirements. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers. Assist HR and Admin teams with onboarding formalities and employee records.

Skills & Competencies



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role. Prior experience in a corporate environment is an advantage.

Working Conditions



Full-time, office-based role. Standard business hours; occasional extended hours as required.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
