The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role involves handling front office operations, managing communication, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the concerned department
Maintain visitor entry records and issue visitor passes
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and appointments
Manage courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing mail
Maintain front office cleanliness and discipline
Assist HR/Admin with documentation, filing, and data entry
Support employee coordination and basic onboarding formalities
Handle stationery inventory and office supplies
Ensure compliance with company policies at the reception area
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Pleasant personality with professional appearance
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
