Job Description

:



Handle incoming phone calls and provide accurate information to callers. Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently. Greet and assist visitors/patients at the front desk. Help patients fill out information forms and verify details. Prepare and maintain patient files and records. Coordinate basic staff management tasks such as attendance updates or staff communication. Generate payment receipts, handle billing, and manage daily cash collections. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area. Provide excellent customer service to ensure smooth patient flow.

Requirements:



Graduate or relevant certification in front office management (preferred). Experience in hospital or healthcare reception is an advantage. Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Basic computer skills (MS Office, hospital software familiarity preferred). Polite, well-presented, and patient-friendly personality. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Timings


Part time: 09:00AM to 03:00 PM
Full Time: 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
