Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect to concerned departments Manage visitor entry, appointments, and meeting room coordination Maintain front desk records, courier registers, and visitor logs Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day office operations Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Support HR/Admin team with coordination tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate is must in any discipline & Female Candidate is required

Good communication skills (English & local language preferred) Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented approach Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ghod Dod Road, Surat

Salary Range:

15000 to 20000 (Based on previous salary & interview performance)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
