Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, route them to respective departments, and handle basic inquiries.
Maintain the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Manage visitor logs, ID cards, and entry permissions.
Coordinate courier services--receiving, sorting, and dispatching documents.
Schedule appointments, meeting rooms, and handle calendar coordination as required.
Support HR/Admin with documentation, onboarding formalities, and employee queries.
Maintain records, files, and basic reports related to front desk activities.
Handle office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
Assist in event coordination, internal communication, and other administrative tasks.
