Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors professionally
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Manage visitor check-ins/check-outs and maintain data in Excel & CRM
Support basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, documentation)
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Qualifications:
Graduate (Hospitality/Aviation background preferred)
1+ years of experience in front desk or customer service
Good communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Professional attitude and appearance
