Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist visitors professionally Handle incoming phone calls, emails & general inquiries Manage visitor check-ins/check-outs and maintain records in Excel & CRM Perform basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing & documentation) Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations

Qualifications



Graduate (Hospitality/Aviation background preferred) Minimum 1+ year of experience in Front Desk or Customer Service Good verbal & written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Professional attitude & grooming
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
