Job Description

Front Desk & Customer Interaction



Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate departments. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes. Assist guests, clients, and employees with general inquiries.

Administrative Support



Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a professional appearance. Handle mail, courier services, and incoming shipments. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Perform data entry, filing, and documentation tasks. Support HR, Admin, or Operations departments when needed.

Communication & Coordination



Act as a communication link between management, staff, and external stakeholders. Coordinate with departments for meetings, events, or customer requirements. Provide timely updates and reports to supervisors. Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate departments. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes. Assist guests, clients, and employees with general inquiries.

Pay: ?8,814.12 - ?26,555.83 per month
