To ensure every guest enjoys a fun, smooth, and memorable experience at Black Bunny by delivering excellent customer service, handling guest queries, and maintaining a positive atmosphere across the game zone.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with ticketing, offers, and packages.
Guide guests about various zones -- Arcade, Bowling, Trampoline, Rope Course, etc.
Manage guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and politely.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception and waiting areas.
Coordinate with operations, F&B, and technical teams for smooth guest flow.
Promote current offers, memberships, and upcoming events.
Handle billing, token recharge, and game card management.
Support birthday parties and group bookings with smooth coordination.
Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain guest records and prepare basic reports as required.
