Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Create a welcoming environment and provide initial assistance to clients arriving at the consultancy office.
Answer incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments for further assistance.
Schedule appointments for client consultations with Counselors and other relevant staff members.
Maintain an organized and efficient appointment calendar.
Collect and verify necessary documents from clients for visa application processes.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding our services, visa application procedures, and other relevant details.
Distribute informational brochures and materials as needed.
Assist in general office administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, coordinating courier services, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
Relay messages and information to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Skills required:
Good presentation skills
English communication skills
Expereice in study abroad consultancy is preferable.
