Greet and assist patients/visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them appropriately.
Register new patients/clients and maintain accurate records in the system.
Manage appointments, schedules, and coordinate with concerned departments.
Handle billing, payments, and maintain cash reconciliation as per policy.
Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable.
Provide information regarding hospital/clinic services, timings, and procedures.
Support patient/customer feedback collection and escalate issues when required.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient and organizational data.
Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the management.
