1-3 years preferred (Healthcare / Hospitality background an advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and call handling
Coordinate with doctors and administrative staff for smooth clinic functioning
Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality
Handle billing, cash, and basic administrative tasks
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office & basic computer operations
Well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably with experience in healthcare or hospitality)
