Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist all visitors and inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding courses.
Maintain student inquiry records in CRM/Excel.
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and coordinate with the counseling team.
Manage daily attendance logs, visitor register, and reception area.
Support basic administrative and coordination tasks for the office.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Timely and accurate handling of all inquiries.
Effective coordination with sales/counseling teams.
Proper maintenance of front desk and record systems.
Consistent professional communication with students and visitors.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart personality, confident, and organized.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Previous experience in front desk or admin role preferred.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is a plus.
