Job Description

Handle patient inquiries, appointments, billing coordination, and provide courteous assistance to visitors and doctors. Maintain smooth communication between patients and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously. Manage appointment scheduling and registration. Handle phone calls, inquiries, and billing coordination. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
