The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role involves managing the reception area, handling calls, correspondence, and providing administrative support to maintain smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring proper entry protocols are followed.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the respective departments or personnel.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and packages; maintain proper records for reference.
Receive, record, and distribute couriers/packages; coordinate outgoing dispatches.
Monitor, manage, and maintain stock of office stationery and related supplies.
Provide assistance to other departments in documentation, scheduling, and other front-desk-related tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration / Hospitality).
Proven experience in front desk, receptionist, or similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
