We are seeking a Front Desk Executive to act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff to ensure a welcoming atmosphere at Solex Energy Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, and messages; route them efficiently to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Handle all incoming and outgoing packages, and courier services, ensuring proper documentation and timely distribution.
Maintain the front desk area and meeting rooms in an organized and presentable condition at all times.
Support general office operations, including data entry, filing, and documentation, to ensure smooth workflow.
Stock management for pantry, stationaries and corporate gifts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Any Graduation or Post - Graduation.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (previous front desk or receptionist experience is preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal
Basic in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with staff and visitors at all levels.
Presentability and Professional Appearance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
