Assist to Director & Scheduling appointments, manage lunch time and other needed support
Greet and welcome guests, visitiors, auditee as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person, office and necessary direction.

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material and Equipment (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Maintain first aid and dispensary equipment
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Maintain Daily Attendance of labours and visitors
Maintain & Check daily housekeeping record and update for the HR
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Perform other clerical receptionist/HR duties such as filing, photocopying, pre documentation and faxing
Assisting with a variety of administrative/HR tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and pre documentation
Record each and every inward and outward record.
Office Timings- 8:30AM to 6PM
