Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Management: Manage the reception area, and ensure a professional atmosphere.

Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information.

Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, maintain office supplies, and perform data entry.

Essential Skills:

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle inquiries and support smooth office functionality.

Qualifications:

Education: Any bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Proven work experience of a year or more as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.

Professionalism: Professional appearance and attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work.

Resourcefulness: Ability to be proactive and resourceful when issues arise.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams.
