Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Schedule meetings and book conference rooms
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
Assist with light secretarial and administrative coordination tasks
Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk environment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a corporate/professional setting)

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy
Courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and visitors
Good command of English (intermediate level or above)
