Greet and welcome guests and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable condition.
Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor coordination.
Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and email correspondence.
Maintain records of office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for the Managing Directors
, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and itinerary planning.
Liaise with travel agents and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective bookings.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Support HR and Admin teams in daily office operations when needed.
