The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves managing the front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, answering queries, and ensuring a welcoming environment at the reception area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage front desk operations including reception area upkeep.
Handle daily appointments, incoming and outgoing couriers.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate with internal departments for various administrative needs.
Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and documentation.
Maintain inventory and order front desk supplies as needed.
Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the organization.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasing personality and professional appearance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in stressful situations.
