Greet and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information about courses and services.
Maintain student inquiry and admission records, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with the counselling and admission team for smooth student onboarding.
Manage front office operations including attendance records, fee receipts, and scheduling.
Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Assist in coordinating events, workshops, and student-related activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Diploma in relevant field.
Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist/Customer Care role (education sector experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Presentable, courteous, and student-friendly approach.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure with professionalism.
Salary:
10000/- to 20000/- P.M (Salary will be negotiate as per candidate's exp. & skill)
