Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks, record-keeping, and correspondence
Support day-to-day office operations as required
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment
Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and positive attitude
