We are seeking a smart, presentable, and student-friendly Front Desk Executive with
fluent English communication skills
to manage the school reception and ensure smooth coordination between parents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist parents, visitors, and students professionally
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and visitor entry logs
Maintain daily attendance records and basic administrative documentation
Provide accurate information related to admissions, timings, and school procedures
Coordinate between teachers, transport, and admin staff for smooth operations
Manage emails, notices, circulars, and communication registers
Ensure discipline and safety protocols at the main reception
Support general office administration as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of front desk/administrative experience (school experience preferred)
Fluent English spoken and written communication
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Polite, confident, and presentable personality
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Working Hours
As per school schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
