As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for the organization, managing reception duties and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and mails
Maintain visitor records and front desk area cleanliness
Provide basic administrative and clerical support
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and local language
Professional appearance and courteous behavior
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Experience in a front office or customer service role
Knowledge of basic office equipment like printers, scanners, etc.
