Maninagar office
. The candidate will handle front desk operations, calling activities, CRM entries, and basic administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on enquiries
Attend and route incoming calls professionally
Welcome and assist visitors, students, and clients
Manage and update records in
Harshnad CRM
Maintain appointment schedules and visitor logs
Coordinate with counsellors and internal departments
Handle basic admin tasks such as documentation and data entry
Ensure a professional and organized front office environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluency in
English, Gujarati, and Hindi
Smart personality with excellent communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM systems)
Ability to multitask and maintain records accurately
Prior experience as Receptionist / Front Desk Executive / Telecaller preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
