: Front Desk Executive (Female)
Position: Front Desk & Fee Counter Executive
Salary: 15k to 18K in hand
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist parents, students, staff, and visitors courteously.
Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and admission-related queries.
Manage front office operations and maintain visitor records.
Collect school fees (cash, cheque, online) and issue receipts.
Update fee records in school ERP/software and registers.
Respond to fee-related queries and explain payment schedules.
Prepare and submit daily fee collection and front office reports.
Coordinate with academic, administrative, and accounts departments.
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and discipline at the front desk.
Ensure cleanliness and proper decorum of the reception and fee counter area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation is mandetory
Basic knowledge of accounts and fee management.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email, and school ERP systems.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Pleasant personality with a polite and professional attitude.
High level of honesty, accuracy, and multitasking ability.
