Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Handle basic administrative tasks and documentation
Maintain customer appointment records and assist with scheduling
Provide product/service information when needed
Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese (mandatory)
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance
Basic knowledge of MS Office or front-desk software is a plus
Prior experience in customer service or front desk preferred
