Front Office Executive
who can efficiently handle front desk operations, multitasking responsibilities, office coordination, and administrative support. The candidate should be confident, polite, and capable of managing daily office activities smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Communication:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Office Coordination:
Coordinate between departments for smooth daily operations.
Assist HR and Admin in routine office activities.
Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
Support management with basic documentation and reports.
Administrative Work:
Maintain office files, records, and data properly.
Handle email communication and basic correspondence.
Monitor office supplies and raise requirements when needed.
Ensure cleanliness and discipline at the front office area.
Multitasking Duties:
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency.
Manage urgent tasks with priority and accuracy.
Support team members whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualities:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
