Key Responsibilities



Reception & Customer Service



Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner. Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as required. Assist customers with queries and provide accurate information. Manage the front desk area to ensure cleanliness and organization.

Communication Management



Answer and route phone calls promptly and professionally. Handle incoming and outgoing emails. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication flow.

Administrative Support



Maintain appointment schedules and meeting room bookings. Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries. Assist HR/Admin in documentation, filing, and data entry. Maintain office supplies and inventory records.

Office Coordination



Support in scheduling interviews for HR. Liaise with vendors, housekeeping staff, and facility teams. Ensure compliance with company policies for visitors and administrative tasks.

Skills Required



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and customer-service mindset. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM preferred). Ability to stay calm and handle pressure politely.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
