Front Desk Executive
to be the welcoming face of our studio and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients warmly as they enter the studio
Manage class bookings, memberships, and client inquiries (in-person, WhatsApp, phone, and email)
Organize class schedules, instructor coordination, and updates efficiently
Handle payments and perform basic administrative and reporting tasks
Ensure the studio remains clean, calm, and welcoming at all times
Support in-studio events, workshops, and marketing activities
Capture and manage in-class content for social media
Maintain a deep understanding of studio offerings and communicate them confidently to clients
Qualifications
Female candidates preferred
Prior experience in a
front desk, customer service, hospitality, spa, gym, or fitness studio
role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
Highly organized and able to manage
bookings, scheduling, and daily operations
independently
Proficient in English
Comfortable using Windows and Mac systems
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Gmail, Google Forms, and Instagram
Passion for wellness, yoga, and/or pilates is a big plus
