Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming and outgoing calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
Maintain the front office Desk.
Manage and maintain the meeting and conference schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including client visits record , Inventory Management, refreshments, and setup.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges or passes as per company protocol.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Admin Team.
Maintain records and inventory of office supplies and raise requests for replenishment.
Support company events, training sessions, and other in-office activities as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
