Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
Manage front desk operations including visitor records, courier handling, and basic admin support.
Coordinate with internal teams and branches for smooth information flow and follow-ups.
Make inbound/outbound cold calls to potential clients as part of lead generation and marketing activities.
Draft and send professional emails to clients and internal departments as required.
Maintain and update client and inquiry databases regularly.
Support in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and other office coordination tasks.
Requirements:
