We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented
Front Desk Executive
to manage our reception area. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a front desk or similar administrative role and possess excellent communication skills--both verbal and written.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
Manage front desk operations, including visitor logs and appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Coordinate with various departments for scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling office supplies
Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information
Manage visitor access control and ensure security protocols are followed
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling multi-line telephone systems
Basic knowledge of office equipment like printers, copiers, and fax machines
Familiarity with visitor management systems
