Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients professionally and guide them appropriately.
Manage incoming phone calls, inquiries, and messages.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist HR/Management with basic support tasks when required.
Requirements:

Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Punjabi preferred).
Presentable, polite, and professional in behaviour.
Ability to multitask.
