Job Opening: Front Desk Executive - Deep Ayurveda Clinic & Panchakarma Centre, Mohali

Deep Ayurveda, a leading name in authentic Ayurvedic healthcare, is looking to hire an Experienced Front Desk Executive for its flagship Ayurveda Clinic & Panchakarma Centre located in Mohali.

Experience:

5 to 6 years (preferably in clinical operations or a healthcare setup)

Working Hours

: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily OPD (Out-Patient Department) operations Handle patient appointments, walk-ins, and follow-ups Maintain accurate patient records using OPD software Manage patient billing and payment processing Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth clinic workflow Monitor daily stock, medicines, and panchakarma supplies Record and file daily expenses and administrative logs Ensure excellent customer service and front desk etiquette.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in handling clinic or hospital front desk operations Knowledge of OPD software & billing systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Basic understanding of Ayurveda (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
