A Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role includes welcoming guests, handling calls, managing front office activities, and providing support to the administration team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages when required.
Manage reception desk, maintain visitor records and attendance.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication.
Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
