The Front Desk Executive cum Admission Counselor is responsible for managing the school's reception area, providing excellent customer service, and guiding prospective families through the admissions process. This dual role requires a friendly, organized, and communicative individual with strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Reception and Visitor Management: Greet visitors and guests professionally, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and handle phone calls courteously.
Admissions Assistance: Provide information on the school's curriculum and admissions requirements, handle inquiries from prospective families, and assist with the admissions process as needed.
Campus Tours and Inquiry Follow-Up: Conduct campus tours for interested families and maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and parents.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and coordination of meetings.
Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, inquiries, applications, and admissions-related data.
Event Support: Help in organizing school events, including admissions open houses, orientation sessions, and other functions, to ensure smooth execution.
Some prior experience in similar role.
Excellent Communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills
o Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
