o Maintaining a visitor logbook.
o Guiding visitors to the appropriate departments.
3. Communication:
o Coordinating communication between departments.
4. Administrative Support:
o Scheduling meetings and appointments.
o Air travel Booking, travel arrangements and Hotel accommodations.
o Handling courier and mail services.
5. Data Management:
o Maintaining and updating records.
o Filing and retrieving documents as needed.
6. Customer Service:
o Addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
o Ensuring customer satisfaction at the point of entry.
7. Office Coordination:
o Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
o Monitoring office supplies and placing orders.
