Job Summary



We are hiring a presentable female Front Desk cum Admin Executive with minimum 1 year of experience, who can join immediately. The candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal teams and must maintain a polished, professional front-office presence.

Role and Responsibilities:



Front Office Management



Welcome visitors and clients professionally and maintain a warm front-desk experience. Manage all incoming/outgoing calls and route them to the right department. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area. Handle courier logs, incoming/outgoing mail, and meeting room scheduling.

Employee Support & Attendance



Assist HR with daily attendance & leave updates. Manage visitor logs and ensure access & security protocols. Support internal communication, announcements, and coordination.

Administrative & Vendor Coordination



Coordinate with Vendor for office supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance. Manage inventory of stationery, pantry items and office consumables. Maintain petty cash records and vendor bills. Assist in internal events, celebrations & senior leadership visits. Maintain administrative files, vendor documents & employee data. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Skills:



Experience handling EPABX / call routing systems. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment. At least 1 years of Receptionist/Front Desk Executive experience in any industry. Education: Graduate / Undergraduate Languages: English & Hindi (mandatory) Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Email Availability: Immediate joiner required
