Greet walk-in students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Act as the first point of contact for inquiries related to studying abroad
Provide basic information about countries, universities, courses, and intake timelines
Understand student requirements and direct them to the appropriate counselor
2. Inquiry Management
Handle inquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and follow-ups in CRM or databases
Schedule counseling appointments and reminders
3. Administrative Support
Manage front desk operations, files, and student documents
Assist counselors with form filling, application checklists, and document collection
Maintain records of applications, offers, and visa submissions
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
4. Office Coordination
Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and office supplies
Support event coordination such as seminars, education fairs, and webinars
5. Sales & Conversion Support
Assist in converting inquiries into walk-ins and enrollments
Follow up with prospective students and parents
Explain consultancy services, fees, and processes clearly
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of overseas education processes (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
