to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a well-kept, professional appearance to represent our clinic's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients warmly and manage the reception area efficiently.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally.
Maintain patient records and update the database accurately.
Assist with billing, invoices, and payments when required.
Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and other staff for smooth patient flow.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Provide information about clinic services and answer patient queries politely.
Requirements:
Fluency in
English
(spoken and written).
Professional and neat appearance
at all times.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software; knowledge of dental software is a plus).
Previous experience in a clinic, spa, or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
