Client Service Associate / Front Desk Executive
Location:
Grant Road (Kemps Corner) & Bandra, Mumbai
Work Mode:
On-site |
6 days/week
(rotational weekends)
Salary:
?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients in a premium fitness studio environment
Guide clients through memberships, packages, and retail offerings
Manage front desk operations -- scheduling, inquiries, check-ins
Maintain accurate records and daily reports
Coordinate with trainers and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience
Handle customer queries, payments, and feedback gracefully
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or retail preferred (Freshers welcome)
Excellent spoken English and local language proficiency
Warm, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
Comfortable working weekends and rotational shifts
Passion for health, wellness, and customer experience
