Main Responsibilities
Greet and welcome walk-in clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression for anyone entering the office
Manage calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate team members
Maintain and organize client records, ensuring all documentation is updated and securely handled
Support the counseling or administrative team by scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and distributing mail
Essential Skills Required
Pleasant personality, friendly demeanor, and professional attitude to interact effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues
Good verbal and written communication skills for both client-facing tasks and internal correspondence
Basic proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and email applications
Customer service orientation, ensuring guests feel welcome and their needs are efficiently met
Strong organizational ability to multitask, keep records current, and maintain a tidy reception area
