The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle clients and calls in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage front desk activities including calls, inquiries, and walk-ins.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide accurate information about company services to clients.
Maintain visitor records and update databases as required.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Ensure the reception area is neat, tidy, and presentable.
Assist the office team with administrative and clerical tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate (preferred).
Proven experience as Front Desk Executive / Receptionist (freshers may also apply).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
