We are seeking a polite, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clinic. The role involves welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients/visitors with a warm and professional approach.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain daily calendars.
Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to patient inquiries.
Maintain patient records and update databases.
Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth clinic operations.
Handle billing, payments, and maintain receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
Ensure excellent patient experience through efficient service.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and problem-solving skills.
