Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors courteously.
Handle all incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
Manage communication with vendors.
Coordinate with branches and the accounts team to address queries from the branches.
Make and manage calls to customers based on feedback forms from the stores.
Perform data entry tasks.
Assist the accounts team with basic accounting tasks.
Order and maintain office supplies as needed.
Maintain a professional tone and approach in all verbal and written communication.
Represent the company positively to vendors & others.
